Hong Kong from a sampan.We have had a wonderful day seeing Hong Kong. It is an amazing city of sky scrapers higglety pigglety crammed into a small space with 7000,000 people, green hills, a harbour filled with all manner of vessels from small fishing boats and junks to huge passenger liners, and very obviously a huge discrepancy between the very rich and the not so rich. If you own a house in Hong kong as opposed to an apartment you are very probably a millionaire or billionaire.
We travelled today by bus, sampan, fenicular tram, on foot and finally the bus again to bring us back to the ship.
